Julien Alfred, a junior at Texas, won the women's 200-meter title in 22.89 seconds at the Big 12 Indoor Championships at Iowa State. Alfred was edged in the 60-meter final by a 7.165 to 7.167 margin by Rosemary Chukwuma of Texas Tech.
